1 cup raisin bran, 1/2 small banana, & 1 cup skim milk

 

1 medium baked potato, 1 cup sugar-free pudding, & 1 small orange 

 

6" submarine sandwich, 1 cup soup, & 5 saltines  

 

2 cups chili with beans & 5 saltines 

 

1 cup chili with beans, 1 ham sandwich, & 1 cup skim milk 

 

2 cups tuna noodle casserole & 1 cup fresh berries 

 

1 cup mashed potato, 1 cup corn, & 1/2 cup pineapple

 

2 cups vegetable soup, 1 grilled cheese sandwich, & 1 cup milk

 

2 cups spaghetti with meat sauce & 1 slice garlic bread
